"Installation" includes meeting delivery of shipment, if necessary; unloading shipment; installation; and on-site disposal of packaging. Placement of artwork is according to a printed plan supplied by the customer or at the direction of an on-site designer or contact person.
CAI also can suggest a placement scheme, for an additional fee.
Travel by van outside the city of Richmond is charged by the mile, according to the current IRS suggested reimbursement rate.
Travel by plane includes a separate travel fee.
Jobs requiring an overnight stay include modest fees for lodging and meals.
Except for residential work, hardware is normally provided by the customer or art supply company.
